You will not only learn how to safely increase your flexibility but also be supported to increase your strength as you work towards those iconic contortion skills.

You will leave each class feeling excited having extended further into your flexibility and looking forward to coming back again the next week!

Looking to increase your strength? Come along to a conditioning class where you will learn exercises both on various apparatus’s and on the floor to increase your strength all round!

Come to a Stretch and Flex class, where you will experience a mix of dynamic and passive stretching exercises tailored to enhance your flexibility and overall body awareness.


Supportive instructors will guide you through every movement, ensuring that you find the perfect balance between effort and ease.

Flexibility

Small class sizes with a max of 5 adults per class, you will receive personalised attention, ensuring more time to develop your flexibility and strength.

Make up classes are available during the same term with 24 hours notice if you are sick or unable to attend, ensuring you never miss out on building on your progress.

What if I don’t like it? Not to worry! We offer a $30 trial class so that you can experience what our classes are like before committing to the whole term.

Am I fit/ flexible enough to join in? Absolutely! Our flexibility and conditioning classes are designed for all fitness and flexibility levels. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to enhance your skills, our supportive instructors will guide you through exercises tailored to your abilities, helping you improve at your own pace. Everyone is welcome to join and work towards their personal goals!

Is there parking nearby? Yes! We have 7 parking spots directly in front of the studio entrance and there are also plenty of visitor parking spots in the middle of the complex.
