What if I’m not strong enough yet? No problem at all! These classes are tailored to help you build strength gradually, at your own pace. Small class sizes mean you’ll receive personalised attention, and there’s no pressure, just focus on what feels good for you.
What if my baby gets upset or needs attention during class? We completely understand that babies have their own needs! You’re welcome to pause at any time to comfort or care for your little one. The relaxed, supportive atmosphere means there’s no judgment—just understanding mums and instructors.
How soon after giving birth can I join? It’s recommended to wait until you’ve been cleared after 6 weeks by your doctor or midwife to resume physical activity. Every mum’s recovery is different, so listen to your body and get professional advice if you’re unsure.
What’s the atmosphere like in the class? Classes are friendly, inclusive, and non-judgmental. Everyone is there to support each other, share laughs, and celebrate small wins. You’ll feel right at home!
