Mini’s Hammock: 3-5 Years Old

As your child grows, we shift the focus to fostering their independence as little aerialists, gently transitioning from parents actively helping to observing their progress.

Your child will begin on a journey of self-discovery, learning valuable life skills like patience and effective communication while mastering new skills on the hammock!

Small class sizes so your child will receive personalised attention, ensuring plenty of time to explore and develop their skills in a nurturing environment.

Boosted confidence as your child achieves new skills in the hammock, building self-esteem and a sense of accomplishment.

Improved balance through fun exercises in the hammock and on the ground to help your child develop better coordination and stability.

Social interaction helps your child engage with other kids in the class, fostering the development of communication and teamwork skills.

Increased body awareness as your child learns to understand and control their movements in a safe, supportive environment.

Creative expression encourages imagination and creativity as your child explores movement in fun, new ways.

Enhanced gross motor skills as activities are designed to strengthen large muscle groups, supporting overall physical development.

What should my child wear? We encourage students to wear what they feel comfortable in, with leggings and a t-shirt being ideal choices. Please avoid clothing with zippers and remove all jewellery before the start of class as they put holes in the Silks and Hammocks.

My child won’t sit still or follow along. Is this class right for us? Yes! In fact, it’s expected! Our classes encourage lots of movement, so your child can participate along in their own unique way.

I don’t think we can fit this into our busy schedule? Classes are only 45 minutes long, making it easy to fit into your day at convenient times.

What if my child gets overwhelmed in a group setting? We keep our class sizes small with just 5-7 kids in a class, creating a warm, safe space for your child to adjust at their own pace!

I’m not sure if my child will like it? We offer trial classes for $20 so your child can come and try out a class before you choose to commit to the full term.
